TRUNK OR TREAT OCT 29TH
MOUNT ZION, THE COUNTDOWN IS ON!!!!
Y’ALLLLLL!!! TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY!!! That’s right, our annual MOUNT ZION TRUNK OR TREAT is ALMOST HERE, and we are getting ready for a parking lot FULL of little goblins, ghosts, witches, superheroes, princesses, and probably a few parents who are just here to steal their kids’ candy!
WHERE: Mount Zion Community Center/Library Parking Lot
WHEN: TOMORROW, Thursday, October 29th
TIME: 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.
A COUPLE OF QUICK THINGS BEFORE THE HALLOWEEN CHAOS BEGINS!!!
CITY HALL WILL CLOSE AT 4:00 P.M. TOMORROW! Why, you ask? Because as much as we LOVE chocolate, we REALLY LOVE seeing all those sweet kiddos dressed up in their Halloween costumes and handing out treats!
NOW, LET’S TALK TRAFFIC AND SAFETY!!!
With all those excited little monsters running around, we are expecting HEAVY FOOT TRAFFIC in the area! Those kiddos will be busy showing off their costumes, hunting down their friends, and plotting their next candy haul. Sometimes, in all that excitement they forget to look both ways!
So PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE:
SLOW DOWN! Like, REALLY slow down! We aren't in Talladega Speedway or on I-20.
KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN! Little feet can move faster than you think, especially when someone yells, “FREE CANDY!”
BE PATIENT AND EXPECT DELAYS! There will be lots of people in the area, so give yourself extra time and watch out for our little trick-or-treaters!
BETTER YET, PARK IT AND WALK IT! If you can park nearby (across the street in the Municipal Bldg Parking lot or at the MT Zion Gym parking lot) and walk over, we will have one of the amazing Mt Zion Police Officers directing traffic. I promise those extra steps will be worth it.

WE LOVE YOU, MOUNT ZION!
Let's make this year's Trunk or Treat SAFE, SPOOKTACULAR, AND ABSOLUTELY FAB-BOO-LOUS!!!
Get those costumes ready, charge up those candy-collecting buckets, and bring those smiling faces! TOMORROW, WE'RE MAKING HALLOWEEN MEMORIES IN MOUNT ZION!!!
SHARE THIS POST, SPREAD THE WORD, AND WE'LL SEE Y'ALL TOMORROW!!!
