Last night at the Mt. Zion Council meeting, two community leaders were honored for their outstanding leadership and service to the Mt. Zion community. Council Member John Griffith  of Ward 1 was recognized for his dedicated service on the City Council for 12 years. He has also served as Mayor of Mt. Zion  for 6 years. Randy Sims was honored for his service as Mayor of the City of Mt. Zion  for 12 years. Both of these men have demonstrated their deep love for the City of Mt.
