The weather is getting nicer and brighter so it is the perfect time to have those yard sales or maybe you have some farm fresh vegetables and eggs you would like to sell. City of Mount Zion allows you to set up in the Mount Zion Municipal and Council Chambers Building parking lot (it is the red building across from the police department/city hall and community center/library) on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You must have a yard sale permit from city hall (there is no charge for the permit) and no items may be left overnight in the parking lot. Stop by city hall Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for your permit or more information
